Reporting something in the app

The fastest way to flag a post, boop, or profile is to report it right in the app: press and hold it, tap Report, and pick a reason. That goes straight to our team. See Blocking & reporting for how it works.

Specific requests

One thing we can't help with: your recovery phrase. We never have a copy of it, so we can't reset it or get you back into your account without it. Keep your 24 words somewhere safe. Here's why.
