Boopr LLC operates boopr, an invite-only, end-to-end encrypted social app for adults. These are our published child safety standards. They explain our absolute prohibition on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), how anyone can report it, how we respond, and who to contact. They apply to every part of the service.
1. Our prohibition on CSAE
boopr prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form, without exception. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexualized depictions of minors, whether photographed, drawn, computer generated, or AI generated; grooming, sextortion, or any sexualization of a minor; trafficking of minors; and using boopr to solicit, promote, facilitate, or link to any of the above. These are also violations of our Terms of Service Section 5 and our Community Guidelines.
There is no context in which this content or conduct is permitted on boopr, and no appeal restores an account removed for it.
2. boopr is an adults-only service
boopr is for people 18 and over. Registration requires an existing user’s invite code plus an age attestation, and where state law requires it the app also checks an operating-system age signal from the app store. Google Play is instructed to block users it determines to be minors from downloading boopr or making purchases. There is no public profile, no search, no discovery surface, and no way for strangers to contact anyone: connections require a direct friend-code exchange between people who already know each other.
If we determine an account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate it and delete its data rather than operate it under a minor-specific configuration.
3. How to report CSAE
In the app. Every post, comment, profile, and boop can be reported from the app itself. Press and hold or use the options menu on the item, choose Report, and select CSAM or the reason that fits. Reports go to our review team and you can add a description in your own words. You do not need to leave the app to reach us.
By email, including from non-users. Anyone, whether or not they use boopr, can report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to legal@boopr.com with the subject line “CSAM Report.”
To the authorities. In the United States you can and should also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or call 911.
4. How we respond
When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAE on boopr, we act promptly. We remove the reported content, and we immediately and permanently terminate the associated account without prior notice. As an electronic communication service provider we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and we preserve the related material and account records for at least one year as required by the REPORT Act. We cooperate with valid legal process from law enforcement investigating child exploitation. We do not notify a reported user that they were referred to NCMEC, because notice could interfere with an investigation.
What our encryption does and does not change. Content on boopr is end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot proactively scan, search, or monitor it, and we do not perform client-side scanning or perceptual hashing. This does not reduce our obligations: we act on user reports, law enforcement referrals, and any other means that give us actual knowledge without decrypting user content, and our reporting duty under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A applies in full when we obtain that knowledge. Accountability is also structural here: boopr is invite-only, and every account is part of a cryptographically verifiable invite chain, so enforcement can extend to the person who brought a violator onto the platform.

6. Compliance and review
We comply with applicable child safety laws in the United States, where boopr is available, including the reporting and preservation duties of 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and the REPORT Act, and the prohibition on non-consensual intimate imagery under the TAKE IT DOWN Act. We review these standards at least annually and whenever the law or our product changes.
